Our Texas style smoked BBQ may look a little peculiar to Yankees. Our chicken is smoked and heated for eight hours. As a result of the cooking process, the meat will appear slightly pink. We assure you the highest of quality and care in preparation of all our food served here at the Painted Pony Rodeo.
We have the best tasting meal in the North Country, but y'all know the cowboy can't live on meat alone. All of the above dinners are accompanied by baked potato, corn on the cob, coleslaw, ceaser salad, and a dinner roll. Your meal is topped off with our homemade dessert.
