For a taste of Texas right here in Upstate New York, the Painted Pony Barbecue is it! Our pitmasters have spent years adjusting the recipes and menus, all culminating in a Texas Style BBQ Buffet that's as authentic as it gets.

And back by popular demand for the 2010 season are the finger licking spare ribs.

As soon as you walk through the gates you will feel at home. The kindness of our staff combined with the smell of the barbecue will have you wondering why you haven't come back sooner. It's the total experience that has garnered us the reputation as a top notch dining and entertainment facility.

One of the secrets to our barbecue are the smoke pits, which are are fired up at dawn and don't go out until after dark. This means all our meats are able to cook nice and slow and capture all the smoky goodness for a tender, delicious tasting meal. We assure you the highest of quality and care in preparation of all our food served here at the Painted Pony Rodeo.

All of our dinners are accompanied by Western Baked Beans, Crispy Ceaser Salad, Buttered Corn, Hamburgers, Hot Dog and Fresh Dinner Rolls. Lemonade or Ice Tea is available for drink. For those looking for something a bit stronger, a full-service cash bar is available at the Longhorn Saloon.
